This is the write-up of that walkthrough. No project cost was spoken on camera — do not invent one.
Entrance and living
Floating entrance unit — acrylic, Italian marble top, rose-gold knobs — raised off the floor so mopping is easy. Small seat for a quick shoe change.
Living wall merges puja (CNC lotus) with the TV unit and crockery storage. Fluted acrylic in a grey-marble tone so the TV wall does not fight the screen. Custom L-shaped sofa (about 7–8 seats if you use the corner). Two center tables — oval and circle, different heights — Italian marble tops, rose-gold bases.
Dining and kitchen
Compact 4-seater in the passage. Asymmetric legs so seating stays clear. Italian marble top matched to the palette.
Kitchen is the showpiece: large illuminated arch as a divider, then mauve / gulkand-pink acrylic (plain + fluted) on a U-layout with quartz counter. Five tandems under the hob, bottle rack, swing corner, champagne fluted-glass overheads with rose-gold profiles. Utility gets granite + a quartz sink and storage above the washing-machine bay.
Bedrooms
Master: purple velvet headboard, hydraulic bed with under-lighting, full mirror/TV wall storage. Client wanted remoteless; architect wanted BLDC — they landed on an Atomberg model that does both. Wardrobe in four sections with bed-side drawers (meds / hot pack) because there is no side table.

Guest / centre bedroom: max wardrobe storage, remoteless fan for elderly guests. Daughter’s room: ash grey, hydraulic bed, remote fan, sensor wardrobe lighting, unequal dressing shutters so the bathroom door stays clear.
Bathrooms
Master: French gold + Kashmir sanitaryware, drainless basin, LED mirror, foldable shower seat. Bathrooms use silent Atomberg exhausts — quiet, strong, not the usual loud look.
